This three-month commitment provides consistent support as you explore deeper layers of connection with your body and patterns. With three hands-on sessions each month, you'll have the opportunity to expand your capacity for pleasure and intimacy. An additional integration session, often in nature, will help ground your experience and track your progress. We can also create a shared space for reflection, such as a journal or document, to support ongoing learning and exploration.
