Hello, I’m Brigid.

I welcome you into sacred space dedicated to learning, healing, and self-discovery.

My practice is grounded in seven years of experience in sexological work, enriched by the last four years of ongoing study through the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. In this context, I hold the somatic sex education aspect of my practice as a practitioner in training, continuously evolving and honing my skills under the guidance of trusted mentors and the support of my community of peers.

Since 2016 I have been creating experiences for women to explore body + spirit through multi-week classes, ritual, workshops, and nature immersions.

I have my practice at the Saltspring Healing Centre on McPhillips Ave, SSI BC where I work with individuals, couples, and hold group sessions for women.

I remain incredibly grateful for all my teachers.

For those holding the torch at the Institute:

Dr. Liam Capt Snowdon, Corinne Diachuk, Katie Spataro

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the trailblazers in the field of sexological bodywork—those with fire in their hearts, courageously carving a path for us to connect with the sacred dimensions of our sexuality.

I hold a heart full of gratitude for my beloved Coven.

Seraphina Capranos, as my priestess teacher over this last decade.

Caffyn Jesse, for lovingly guiding me onto an inspiring and integral path of sexological work and sacred intimacy many moons ago.

Many other teachers I've encountered through workshops and retreats, no matter how brief, have left a lasting impact on my life.

I grew up immersed in the beauty of Cape Breton Island, NS, surrounded by the whispers of deep-rooted birch trees and the scent of salt in the air. The rugged cliffs were my playground, and the crashing waves of the deep ocean felt like dear friends.

For the past 12 years, I’ve been raising my daughter, Zora, on a small island in the Salish Sea. Our life here is a dance with the elements, a realization of a dream my inner child held dearly.

My connection to nature and my Celtic heritage have significantly shaped my personal journey. As a proud descendant of the Outer Hebrides, I honour my ancestral roots and their influence on my life and practice.

In the heart of nature, I continually find inspiration and insights that guide my work.
